Day Three

Here’s some updates…

David has multi functionality, he’s the travel/itinerary travel planner, I.T. guru, Uber driver, problem solver, webmaster, and blogpost operator, to name a few of his functions. Terry, ah that’s complicated! (Ok that’s David writing this…😁)

Delta Travel Kit

The Delta Travel Kit, free for international flights sure came in handy. We are using ours as we travel. I’ve never seen a toothpaste this small, have you? It’s about 1 1/2” long and 1/2” wide. I know you’ve come for our journey see away we go.

Melbourne Victoria Australia

Our travels started after our arrival, once we were about to get to the hotel it started pouring rain and cancelled our trip to the Night Market at the Queen Victoria Market. We were travel weary and conked out instead. We woke up at Zero Dark Thirty, 1:00 am for you civilians. Had time to unwind and plan how to fix our Bank of America failure. That ate up part of our morning and didn’t resolve anything, David called B of A and was disgusted, Terry isn’t happy either. That didn’t stop our day though and we made it to the market first thing after walking.

Did you know that Avocados grow in Australia? Neither did we. (David did since his seat mate told him on the airplane) Yet seeing is believing it. We manage to go to farmers markets all over and this was no exception, some indoors, some out doors. Melbourne is know for their coffee, just like Seattle is. Terry did her travel research and found this out, the recommendations are to drink a “flat white”, David enjoyed one even though he prefers his coffee black. It was good and frothy, yum. More about our day later.
